Government will increase the annual & custody charges for company
with bearer shares, hence, new BVI company is NOT having bearer share
clause; i.e., the share of the company is required to register. [If client
would like to incorporate a BVI company with bearer shares or using our

If you cannot find a company name you like from the above, you may tailormade
a new company by an extra payment of HK$100. Your selected name can be
incorporated at about one working day.
By Laws, BVI companies are required to appoint first director(s) within
6 months from the date of incorporation. If client requires different
date(s), other than the above period, for the appointment, BVI Nominee
will first be appointed as director, then change and appoint client as
director(s) on the date(s) specified.
